- Tie Beams connect the tops of uprights and lock them to assure proper rigidity and spacing for pallets.
On Drive-Thru pallet racks, tie beams are located overhead.
On Drive-In racks, tie beams are located overhead with anchor beams across the back row of uprights at each loading level to increase structural rigidity.
- Uprights are heavy-duty Vulcan series pallet rack components.
- Pallet Rails are structural steel angles installed in pairs at each loading level to support pallets.
